Annual conference 2011 for the second session of "China's Forum on Small Hydropower", " International Federation of Small Hydropower," "Special Committee of CHES (Chinese Hydraulic Engineering Society) on Hydroelectric Power," and "Special Committee of China's Hydropower Engineering Society on Small Hydropower," was held in Beijing on December 12th,2011. Mr. Tian Zhongxing, who was the director general of hydroelectric board of MWR(ministry of water resources) and the chairman of coordination committee of federation, gave a keynote lecture and made a speech. Besides, Mr Liu Heng, the director of International Center on Small Hydropower and the secretary-general of small hydroelectric organizations of UN, made a work report of 2011. All relevant special committees, experts and representatives made ebullient speeches, and expressed their best wishes of a better future to small hydropower. As a core member of the International Federation of Small Hydropower, our company attended the meeting.
