    On 1st September, Jiang Yang , the assistant to chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), express that China should boost the development of the OTC market as well as  research and explore the regulations to the OTC market conforming to the China's reality so as to meet the requirements of the diversified investing and financing.

    On the 19th China International Finance Show , Jiang Yang say CSRC will seriously implement the manoeuvre of the the Party Central Committee and the State Council, adhere to the strategy of quickening the transformation of the mode of the economic development in China , speed up the reform and innovation of the capital market in China, enhance and improve the regulation of the capital market in China, work hard to exert positive effects of the capital market on serving the economic and social progress and promote China's economic develop fast and stable in the long run.

    First, CSRC will attach importance to expanding the breadth and depth of the capital market, improve the structure of the capital market steadfastly, consolidate and expand main board market and small and medium-sized board market actively, enhance the development of the growth enterprise market, encourage and support emerging strategic industries and innovative enterprise to appear on the market.

    Second, CSRC will take the boosting the market efficiency as the guide, improve the capital market system and mechanism continuously, stick to the principle of gradual implementation  and improvement and intensify the reform of the capital market.CSRC will improve and innovate the regulatory mechanism of the mergers and acquisitions in the capital market and perfect the regulating means of the capital market.CSRC will work hard to enhance the quality of the mergers and acquisitions in the capital market, change the monitoring method, transfer the authority to examining and approving to lower levels , simplify the precedure of examining and approving, strengthen the after-events supervision and the supervision of disclosure on the market, so as to promote the development of the capital market.

    Third , CSRC will focus on boosting the market function, promote the futures market to make the good service to the economic development at the higher level, stick to keeping the general level of commodity prices steady as China's government required, enhance the supervision of the future market,improve the five-in-one mechanism of supervision of the future market, keep the market speculation in check.CSRC will promote the qualified future goods to appear in the future market,study the possibility of appearing in the market of the other financial futures and reinforce the base for the development of the future market.

    Fourth, CSRC will strengthen the supervision of the capital market, prevent and reduce the general market risk,build the prevention and control system for the informed trade, punish the illegal activities like the market speculation seriously and maintain the capital market works stably and safely.

    He says CSRC will cooperate with other relevant department , give impetus to supporting the growth enterprise and the emerging strategic industries and make his own contribution to realize the aim made in the "12th five year plan".
